Preity Zinta is tired. Very tired. She and her partners have been running around helter-skelter, trying to get their their IPL match, beginning today, organised in the best possible manner.
Just before flying off to Mohali on Thursday, she said, “The whole thing is 10,000 times huger than what we had imagined it to be. There is so much work to do. Now I realise that doing films is far easier. We are facing difficulties that we hadn’t comprehended earlier.” She added, “However, it’s something new and exciting. I am actually loving it.”
Incidentally, Preity and beau Ness Wadia had planned to fly 30 of their celeb friends to the venue on the first day of the match (Mohali vs Chennai) in Mohali). But that now seems impossible now. Preity says, “I am not really looking into that. Ness is.
But we will not be able to fly them all together because of the lack of good hotels in the area. We will spread them out through the seven matches that we would be playing.”
When asked if she was also planning some entertainment programmes like Shah Rukh Khan, she said, “There seems some problem with that. Right now, we prefer toeing the line. We would rather focus completely on cricket.”
